InPlay.finance provides tools for discovering, analysing, and tracking publicly listed stocks, including features such as watchlists, performance alerts, and automated trade signals (“AutoPilot”).
We are not a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. Any information or automation provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making investment decisions.

While our AutoPilot feature can connect to third-party trading accounts (e.g., Trading212), any trades executed are carried out under your own account and responsibility.
You must ensure your Trading212 API permissions are correctly configured and that you understand the risks involved.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InPlay.finance.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Accounts and Memberships

To use InPlay.finance, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

Membership Tiers

We offer several membership levels (Free, Pro, Premium, and others as announced). Each tier provides different features and access limits, as described on our
Pricing page.

5. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations

Payments are handled securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe (on our behalf) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us via
/support. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.

We do not normally offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. We use your information to provide and improve the Service, communicate with you, and maintain security.

You can delete your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us through
/support.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party APIs (for example, Trading212, Yahoo Finance, or IEX Cloud).
We are not responsible for any actions, downtime, data inaccuracies, or costs arising from third-party services.
By connecting your external accounts, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and discretion.

All information, metrics, alerts, and signals provided by InPlay.finance are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
You should conduct your own research or consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We provide the Service “as is” and make no warranties or guarantees of performance, accuracy, or reliability.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on it.
• You are solely responsible for managing your accounts, investments, and trade execution.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behaviour harmful to the Service or other users.

You may close your account at any time through your settings or by contacting

All software, content, graphics, and trademarks associated with InPlay.finance are owned by 1 JUMP 2 or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
